First Week of School
Dear Parents,
Welcome to a brand new school year! Please review the homework schedule for our first week of school. A copy of the homework schedule was sent home today with your child.

Homework Assignments – Week 1
Spelling: Learn list 1 Spelling pretest – Wed., 9/2
Spelling test - Friday, 9/4
Social Studies: On or before Tuesday, Sept. 8, please bring in one photo or a drawing of an activity or trip that you experienced this summer. A magazine picture is acceptable.
Math: Practice multiplication facts nightly.
Reading: Read at least 15 minutes for pleasure each night.
Bible: Begin to learn our first memory verse. Students
will have two weeks to memorize Proverbs 16:24.
Bible Memory test will be on Thursday, 9/10.
