Drama Notes for the week of November 16-20,2009

Nov.16-20

HOUSE AT POOH CORNER COMING THE WEEK AFTER THANKSGIVING!!!!GET YOUR TICKETS SOON!!!!

6th- Imitation and Observation activity. Assign each student another student to observe outside of class.
6th- Show observation performances in class. Discussion afterwards.
6th- Finish observation performances in class.
6th- Web #6Topic: Theater games . Due on Friday.
6th- Journal 7- Write about your favorite thanksgiving memory. Due on Monday.
7th-Continue to rehearse poetic drama in class. Work memorization.
7th- Work on Poetic drama scripts in class. Add Blocking and facial expression.
7th- Continue to rehearse scenes in class. Critique on Friday.
7th-Journal 9-In your own words, describe a typical teen age day in today’s society.
7th- Critique poetic scenes in class. Discuss techniques and what works well.

k-Perrino- group activit: Duck Duck theater goose! Watch A Charlie brown Thanksgiving.
1st- intro to blocking- rehearse red hen scripts.Add blocking.
2-Manson-Continue to rehearse John Chapman scripts.
1:53-2:34 4th - Begin auditions and rehearsal of 4th grade Musical.
4th-- Assign parts and begin blocking for Musical. Hand out scripts.
