DRAMA NOTES FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 11
8TH GRADE- WE WILL BEGIN STUDENT DIRECTED ORIGINAL SCENES WITH GROUPS OF 4. WE WILL WRITE THIS WEEK AND BY FRIDAY HAVE DIRECTORS SELECTED FROM OUR GROUPS.
ACTING FUNAMENTALS: CONTINUE TO WORK ON OUR MUSICAL NUMBERS. WE WILL CRITIQUE ON WEDNESDAY. THESE ARE ONE PART OF YOUR FINAL GRADE. WE WILL BE GRADING THESE NEXT WEEK. I WILL BE HANDING OUT A STUDY GUIDE FOR THE WRITTEN PART OF THE FINAL BY THE END OF MAY.
5TH GRADES - WE ARE FINISHING UP OUR BODICE ASSIGNMENTS THIS WEEK. NEXT WEEK WE WILL BEGIN ORIGINAL SCENES!
PROM IS THIS FRIDAY!! MAKE SURE EVERYONE BUYS THEIR TICKET. I NEED A HEAD COUNT BY TUESDAY!!!!!

DRAMA NOTEES FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 4, 2009
8th grade- We are rehearsing monologues to be graded this friday!!
Acting Fundamentals- We are working on a new genre...musicals. Students will be given a song to prepare and perform for a test grade. We will be working on them during class time.
5th grades- We will be continuing our work on our costume bodices in class.
6,7,8th grades- Last dance of the year is this Friday!!! 4:30-7:00pm!! Buy your tickets!!!!
Prom is May 15th !!!
Grad nite is May 21st!!!!
