YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT SIGNATURE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
You must include a parent/guardian signature to be valid. If you really can't type it, then it must be in your neatest cursive. (If it is sloppy, I won't accept it! If there is no parent signature, I won't accept it!)
Do not share this information with your classmates, this is only for those who check the website!
You need to cite where you learned about this topic. Give the website address or other source, even if the source is yourself or your book.
