I have sent home another spelling list that has vocabulary words on it. This is just practice and extra credit for now. In a few weeks, we will be adding vocabulary words to the weekly tests.
Please review the spelling words nightly in preparation for the pre-test on Tuesday and the final test on Friday.

Bible Story: Ten Commandments
Weekly Bible Verse: “And this is love, that we walk after His commandments.”(2 John 6) Please help your child memorize their verse for the test on Friday.

Reading: Please be sure to have your child read to you at least 15 - 20 minutes daily. Reading logs should be completed and returned on Monday so that I can record them.

Math: Please be studying math facts each night. Students may turn in completed timed tests for extra credit. We are doing timed multiplication tests a few times each week. I would like all students to pass their 3s by Tuesday, January 6th. Please be studying at home.

Family Tree Project: Please work on this project with your child over the vacation. The interviews and pictures are due on the day we return to school, January 5th.
