Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for SUCH a sweet, wonderful class this year. I told them I'd love to give them all gifts to show my gratitude, but since I can't, I bestowed upon them free dress for Tuesday :)

Body System projects are due on Monday 11/30
I am also giving the students a half sheet for the week of Thanksgiving- some reminders and a couple other things to do. Please take note!
We went over the directions for the next book report due Jan.8- please go over this packet again and think about your mystery book.
Spelling list 24 will be next.
Dec. 14th- save the date for the Christmas Program

This week we started two projects. We started our Body System Report and our Mythical Countries.
For our Body System Report, we have to write a reprot on a assigned system. We have to draw a picture, write about what is the function of the system, write about 3 ways that you can help keep it in good working order, describe how it works, and list three facts about the system and major parts. Due 11-30
The second projecty is Mythical Countries. you have to draw any country (not U.S.) that fills the whole paper as much as possible. Then choose 5 real things to put on the map. Next, 5 imaginary things also give them names. [according to chosen theme] Color neatly and add any extra to show your est effort. Have fun with it!

Christmas is coming, however not all of the children in the world are fortunate to get present. Therefore, we were encouraged to turn in Operation Christmas Child boxes for these needy children. We packed school supplies, toys, hard candies, clothing, and other helpful items in our boxes. We wish them a Merry Christmas and hope they will enjoy our small gifts. God blesses everyone!
