2009-10 School Year Calendar of Events:
***Tour to Chicago- This is tour opportunity for CCA Chorus. April 29-May3.
Please pray about this incredible opportunity for your child and return the interest form/$100 check non-refundable deposit by Friday, Oct. 2.
****ALL Boys-We will be getting new shirts and ties - no more vests!
Tux shirt/tie money due- $40. Check to CCA - marked tux shirt. The "tux lady" measured the boys Wed. Sept. 23. When you receive the tux, please try it on to make sure it fits. Everything will be given you by the week of Oct. 5-9.
***Girls-REMINDER regarding performance SHOES. Shoes must be BLACK with soft rubber soles, with little or NO heel. Flats are best for comfortable performing. Walmart has a deal right now from $8 - $13 per pair.
*October 11 - Hour of Power performance; 7:45AM-11:30AM
*Nov. 14 - 5:00 - 6:30PM Performance on campus for a donor dinner.

CALENDAR of EVENTS for the 2008-09 CHORUS
*Sunday afternoon, Sept. 20 from 12:50 -4:45PM - a rehearsal at the Anaheim CONVENTION CENTER. Wear your School (or Chorus) Polo shirt.
Parents are allowed to watch this rehearsal, but you must find your own place to park and pay your own parking.
DIRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS: Enter from HARBOR Blvd onto CONVENTION WAY. Go all the way back and veer to the left. Drop the student off at the cast entrance in front of Hall E - where you will see me. The pick up will be at the same lcation, park your car along the curb on Convention Way and await the children's arrival at approximately 4:45PM. If parents are staying for the rehearsal, Car Park 4 will be the closest lot for you, and you will need to pay for your own parking.
*Monday, Sept. 21st, 2009 -Parents, please drop off your child at the Anaheim Convention Center at 6:50AM, for our morning performance. Students will be bussed back to CCA by 9:30AM - back to school! Wear your Concert Uniform. Bring your backpack and school uniform to change. Eat breakfast, please.

*Regarding the Anaheim Convention Center performance: Parents will be allowed to watch the dress rehearsal on Sunday, Sept. 20 (although you must pay for/find your own parking) but there will be restricted access to the actual concert on Monday, Sept. 21 due to the size of the audience attending. Parking will be limited, and I am only allowed the following chaperones. Hirsch, Kapenzie, Schumann, T. Jackson, Ferrel, McCoy are the chaperones confirmed
