CALENDAR of EVENTS for the 2008-09 CHORUS

***Monday evening, August 31 - Rehearsal from 6:45SHARP-8:30 PM All students must Meet at Cornerstone Church by 6:45PM. The church is at 4905 E. La Palma, Anaheim, CA 92807. Parents may stay and watch the rehearsals Wear your school polo; regular pants, jeans and shorts allowed! PLEASE REVIEW your music - especially AMANI. AND - SMILE in the mirror! Thank you!

***Monday evening, Sept. 14 - Rehearsal from 6:30-8:30PM

***Sunday afternoon, Sept. 20 from 1:00SHARP-4:30PM - a rehearsal at the Anaheim CONVENTION CENTER. Wear your School (or Chorus) Polo shirt.
Parents are allowed to watch this rehearsal, but you must find your own place to park and pay your own parking.
DIRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS: Enter from HARBOR Blvd onto CONVENTION WAY. Go all the way back and veer to the left. Drop the student off at the cast entrance in front of Hall E. The pick up will be at the same lcation, park your car along the curb on Convention Way and await the children's arrival at approximately 4:30PM. If parents are staying for the rehearsal, Car Park 4 will be the closest lot for you.

*Monday, Sept. 21st, 2009 -Parents, please drop off your child at the Anaheim Convention Center BY 7AM, for our morning performance. Students will be bussed back to the CCA by 9:30AM - back to school! Wear your Concert Uniform. Make sure they have had breakfast, please.

*Regarding the Anaheim Convention Center performance: Parents will be allowed to watch the dress rehearsal on Sunday, Sept. 20 (although you must pay for/find your own parking) but there will be restricted access to the actual concert on Monday, Sept. 21 due to the size of the audience attending. Parking will be limited, and I am only allowed the following chaperones. Hirsch, Kapenzie, Schumann, T. Jackson, Ferrel, McCoy are the chaperones confirmed

***BOYS TUXEDOS - need to be dry-cleaned and turned into the school office with your name on the dry-cleaning bag if you are NOT returning to the school next year, and/or if you are not performing with the Harborlites.

*GIRL'S DRESSES - If your daughter needs a new dress for next year, please fill out the size form (available in the school office) and be properly meaured and turn in a check to CCA for $80 by Aug. 1. Forms available in the school office. Remember to add extra length if you plan on keeping the dress for a couple of years.

***The tour to Hawaii for 2010 will NOT happen. There are far too few interested in going next year. Sorry! Thanks who did respond in a positive manner...we will try again in the near future.
