CALENDAR of EVENTS for the 2008-09 CHORUS
***The tour to Hawaii for 2010 will NOT happen. There are far too few interested in going next year. Sorry! Thanks who did respond in a positive manner...we will try again in the near future.
*MONDAY EVENINGS, August 24,31 and Sept. 14, Rehearsals from 6:30PM-8:30PM. Wear your school polo at these rehearsals; regular pants, jeans and shorts allowed!
All students must Meet at Cornerstone Church by 6:30PM, and the church is at 4905 E. La Palma, Anaheim, CA 92807. Parents may stay and watch the rehearsals.
*Sunday afternoon, Sept. 20 from 1:30-4:30PM - a rehearsal at the Anaheim CONVENTION CENTER. Wear your School (or Chorus) Polo shirt.
*Monday, Sept. 21st, 2009 -Parents, please drop off your child at the Anaheim Convention Center at 7AM, for our morning performance. Students will be bussed back to the CCA by 9:30AM - back to school! Wear your concert Uniform.
*Regarding the Anaheim Convention Center performance: Parents will be allowed to watch the dress rehearsal on Sunday, Sept. 20 (although you must pay for your own parking) but there will be restricted access to the actual concert on Monday, Sept. 21 due to the size of the audience attending. Parking will be limited, and I am only allowed 5 chaperones. Hirsch, Kapenzie, Schumann, Sanchez, Ferrel are the chaperones confirmed (PIP hours for next year!)
***BOYS TUXEDOS - need to be dry-cleaned and turned into the school office with your name on the dry-cleaning bag if you are NOT returning to the school next year, and/or if you are not performing with the Harborlites.
*GIRL'S DRESSES - If your daughter needs a new dress for next year, please fill out the size form (available in the school office) and be properly meaured and turn in a check to CCA for $80 by Aug. 1. Forms available in the school office. Remember to add extra length if you plan on keeping the dress for a couple of years.

***We have been asked to perform for Mrs. Schuller's 80th birthday party - Sat. July 18 in the Arboretum. Meet in the ART GALLERY at 6:30 PM and we will finish by 7:30PM. Wear yor concert Uniform. Parents, drop off and pick up will be in the ART GALLERY across from the Arboretum.
