Q: What is the deposit amount?
A: Wedding deposit is $500.00 and wedding reception deposit is $500.00

Q: Do we do wedding receptions and where?
A: Yes,

  • The Arboretum will hold 500 people and pricing $2100+ $400 set up
  • The Art Gallery will hold up to 225 people and pricing $1800 + $300 set up
  • The Courtyard will hold 375 and pricing $2050 + $350 set up
  • The Good Shepard Garden will hold 150 and pricing $1800 +$300 set up.
  • White Garden will hold 450 and pricing $2600 + $400 set up.


Q: How long do you have for the reception?
A: 4 hours. No alcohol allowed.

Q: Is dancing permitted?
A: Yes.

Q: Is there a security deposit?
A: Yes, $500 security deposit is required for Weddings and/or Receptions; subject to refund.

Q: What is the latest time we can stay for a wedding reception?
A: 9 PM.

Q: Can we use the Arboretum for both the Wedding and reception?
A: Yes.

Q: Can we use our own caterer?
A: Yes. We refer you to caterers and you meet and make your own arrangements with them. However we will consider an “outside” caterer but there is an additional non-refundable fee and prior to approval they must meet certain guidelines. Contact our office for additional details.

Q: When is your final payment due?
A: Six weeks before your wedding date.

Q: Can you do just the wedding reception here?
A: Yes.

Q: Can we do only wedding pictures here?
A: Please call for more details.

Q: Do we have to be church members to be married here?
A: No.

Q: Can our pastors do weddings here?
A: Yes however our Pastor will officiate and your Pastor may co-officiate. Please call for further details.

Q: Is marriage counseling required before we can get married here?
A: It is highly recommended.  Two sessions are offered to each couple before they are married.

Q: What is required to get married here?
A: A Marriage License and meeting with the pastor before your wedding date.
