Memorial Gardens

More About Crystal Cathedral

Dr. Robert H. Schuller's dream of a beautiful, world-class cemetery on the campus of the Crystal Cathedral was realized on November 1, 1991 when the Memorial Gardens was dedicated and blessed as consecrated ground. Since that time, many people from all faiths, and from all over the world, have been buried here.

In the tradition of the great cathedrals of the world, the Memorial Gardens offer the finest in cemetery property. Located at the base of the shimmering, stunning, 236-foot Crystal Cathedral spire, is the grand entrance to our beautiful gardens, open to all those who wish to be buried in this special place, surrounded by the joyful sounds of ringing bells, singing fountains, and the inspiring music of the carillon.

Referred to as the Westminster Abbey of America, the Memorial Gardens offer a tranquil, safe, and sanctified resting place where loved ones can be remembered in the peaceful and sheltering reflection of the magnificent Crystal Cathedral.

The cemetery is open every day from sun-up until sundown.

Sales counselors and Funeral Directors are on duty from 8 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays. Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm.

The Crystal Cathedral Memorial Gardens stands as a ministry to help our families with all of their burial and memorialization needs in the kind, caring manner you expect from the Crystal Cathedral.
