We recently upgraded our 'subscription / registration' process and hope that you find these questions below helpful in determining whether you already have an account or need to create one.

Simply answer these two questions:
Are you a member of One Community?
Do you receive any email subscriptions?

If you answered "Yes", to any of the above, then you already have an account!

However, our 'new' process requires you to have a User Name for the communities.
