MORE ABOUT MISSIONS

Welcome To Crystal Cathedral Mission Opportunities

Crystal Cathedral Ministries has a 'PARTNERING' philosophy of missions. We build relationships within the mission’s community, to play our part in the world receiving the ‘positive gospel’ message. The packaging for fulfilling this mission comes in many shapes and forms.

We plan trips and partner with works to fight poverty, hunger and human deprivation. We respond to community needs; disaster relief, homeless shelters, English language and literacy programs. We want to be builders of bridges that change lives, always saying to the community: "God loves you and so do we!"

We cordially invite you to 'partner with us' in missions.

Houses of Hope

Watch the video of Sheila Schuller Coleman sharing her vision for Houses of Hope

One of the last things Christ did before returning to heaven was to show what it meant to be “salt” by serving others. Jesus served people through compassionate acts of care and kindness. And He served His disciples when He washed their feet. Then He said, “Let this be an example to you. Go and do likewise.”. Learn More

Dr. Schuller Speaks to 700+ Hour of Power Friends From the Crystal Cathedral to the Crystal Ballroom, Hong Kong

Yes! On September 16, 2010, Dr. Schuller was flying with his wife on the plane, setting off on a journey of love and friendship to Hong Kong and China, right on the day of his 84th birthday! On September 19, Dr. Schuller was speaking… not at the Crystal Cathedral, but actually in Hong Kong…in person…in the Crystal Ballroom! He was speaking with us in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Hour of Power.

Over seven hundred Hour of Power friends showed up in excited anticipation of the arrival of this special couple from the United States. We had such a wonderful and joyful time with Dr. and Mrs. Schuller celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Hour of Power, Dr. Schuller’s 84th birthday, and, most of all, the 60th Anniversary of their wedding…their Diamond Anniversary! We were especially happy to have Mrs. Schuller share with us about her life as the woman behind this great servant of God.

• 50 sets of underwear for Walton School teenagers.
• 40 gift packages for Cactus Garden residents.

Special Thanks To Donors
Thanks to the Crystal Cathedral congregation, as well as Hour of Power supporters from around the world, “possibility thinking” is lighting a candle and making a positive difference in the lives of disabled orphans, as well as children in rural Gansu Province who lost their school in the devastating Sichuan earthquake on May 12, 2008. Possibility thinkers in the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and other countries and regions where the Hour of Power is broadcast joined forces to help Dr. Schuller and the televised Hour of Power plant seeds of faith, hope, encouragement, and the spirit of “love thy neighbor” in the hearts of children in areas of need in rural China.
