Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Employment Status:  Full Time
Non-Exempt

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Music and Programming Ministry. Generate weekly programming scripts for the Hour of Power. Organize and execute details for music and interview guest appearances. Maintain close communication between the music & programming departments and other departments within the Ministry.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General Office duties - phone calls emails and correspondence
  • Generate and distribute weekly scripts
  • Organize and execute details for music and interview guest appearances
  • Generate post-broadcast quest follow-up

  • Education/Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of college
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of office administrative experience

  • Abilities/Skills:
  • Musical skills and knowledge a plus
  • Professional, friendly and positive verbal skills
  • Excellent grammatical and creative writing skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Works
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to set direction and work in submission to leadership
  • Possess strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize and follow-through
  • Confidentiality is required.
  • Able to be efficient, effective, and flexible in all situations and to perform duties in a Christ-like manner
